30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase NetterTech Events Pro and decide within 30 days that it is not the right fit for your venue, contact us for a full refund. No conditions. No requirement to explain.

The 30-day window begins on the date of purchase.

To request a refund, email events@nettertech.com from the address associated with your purchase. Include your order number. We process refunds within 5 business days. Funds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after that, depending on your bank.

After the 30-Day Window

Refunds outside the 30-day window are evaluated case by case. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time on an annual subscription. If you experience a billing error or a technical failure that prevented you from using the plugin, contact us and we will work with you.

What Happens When You Cancel

When your Pro license expires or you cancel renewal, the plugin continues to function. Your events, ticket records, attendee data, and calendar remain intact. You will not lose access to your event history.

What stops working when Pro expires:

  • QR code check-in
  • Volunteer check-in mode
  • Any Pro features you were using

Everything in the free tier keeps working without a license: unlimited events, WooCommerce ticketing, calendar views, RSVP, GDPR tools, and manual admin check-in.

License Downgrade

Canceling Pro does not delete your data or revert your settings. Pro-only configuration that has no free-tier equivalent will be preserved in your database. If you resubscribe to Pro, those settings will be restored.

Annual Subscriptions

Pro is sold as an annual subscription. You will receive a renewal reminder before your subscription renews. If you do not wish to renew, cancel before the renewal date. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-term cancellations after the 30-day window.
